Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision through our online withdrawal form, by email, or by any clear written statement before the withdrawal period expires.

Effects of Withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will reimburse all payments received from you for the purchased products, including the cost of standard delivery (if applicable), without undue delay and no later than 14 days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned.
Refunds will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.

Return of Goods
You must send back the goods without undue delay and in any event no later than 14 days from the day on which you notify us of your withdrawal.
The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
Returned items must be complete and in reasonable condition. You may inspect and handle the goods only to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning, as you would be permitted in a physical retail store.

Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrectly supplied, you will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods.

Return Address
After your withdrawal request has been approved, we will provide you with our designated return address in Germany.
Please do not return products without obtaining return instructions from us first, as this may delay the processing of your refund.

Exclusions
The right of withdrawal does not apply to products that are exempt under applicable EU consumer protection laws, including but not limited to customized or personalized products.
